Shipping methods and fees

We ship food and non-food products from our online store.

The cost of delivery can be seen on the product sheet, in case of ordering more products, the delivery fee is also displayed on the basket page.

Inland delivery methods for non-food products:

• Home delivery of small package products with GLS and / or KUMI courier

• Pickup of small package products at GLS package point

• Home delivery of large household appliances with HDT or KUMI couriers

• Home delivery of extra heavy products (over 60 kg) by KUMI courier

Methods of home delivery of food type products:

• Nationwide home delivery of durable consumer goods (TFC)

• Delivery / pick-up of our food products in and around Budapest

• Express, intraday food home delivery (only HUF 1 over HUF 35,000)

• Receipt of food order with home delivery, 1 - 1 990 HUF (over 35 000 HUF up to 1 HUF)

• Personal pickup at our stores over HUF 35,000 fpr 1 HUF.

 

National delivery methods for non-food products

Due to the epidemiological situation, the following general procedures have been put in place:

- Please wear a mask when receiving the package!

- In all cases, the carrier will attempt to deliver the package after prior telephone consultation.

- The product is delivered to the entrance door of the apartment, handed over or taken over (they do not enter the apartment).

- Product is not unpacked, packaging material is not shipped. In case of damaged packaging, please reject the received order!

- The recipient must have an identity card at the time of hand over

- If you are acting on behalf of an older family member or acquaintance, please make sure the conditions are in place so that we can serve you properly!


Home delivery of small package products with GLS and / or KUMI courier service:

• Products under 40 kg and up to 300 cm (eg small household appliances, mobile phones, notebooks, etc.) - typically GLS courier

• Home delivery fee regardless of the value limit - HUF 990

• Products under 40 kg and over 300 cm (eg TV, cooker hood, microwave oven, etc.) - typically KUMI courier

• Home delivery fee regardless of the value limit - HUF 990 per product

• Delivery is expected within 2-4 working days (delivery day cannot be selected)

• You will also be notified by SMS and e-mail which time zone your order is expected to be delivered on the day of delivery.

• You can track the status of your order in the "My Orders" menu item of our Online Store

• The courier services will try to deliver your order three times, after which the package will be returned to our warehouse

• Following this notification, if you wish to change at the time of receiving of your order, follow the information in the GLS / KUMI notification message.

• In case of cash on delivery, it is possible to pay by credit card and cash in case of GLS courier service. Only cash payments are possible at the KUMI courier service.

Pickup of small package products at GLS package point

• Products under 40 kg and not exceeding 300 cm in circumference

• The fee is independent of the value limit - HUF 790

• Personal pick-up at one of the nearly 850 GLS parcel points, select "pick up" on the shopping cart page

• Delivery is expected within 2-4 working days (delivery day cannot be selected)

• On the cart page, enter the pick-up location where the GLS parcel finder will appear

• You can track the status of your order in the "My Orders" menu item of our Online Store

• Your order will be kept at the parcel point for 7 days and then returned to us

• GLS will also notify you via SMS and email when your package can be picked up

• In case of cash on delivery, it is possible to pay by credit card and cash as well.

Home delivery of large household appliances with HDT and KUMI couriers:

• Large products (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)

• Delivery by HDT and KUMI courier service (depending on delivery address)

• Home delivery fee regardless of the value limit - HUF 4490 per product

• Delivery is expected within 2-5 working days (delivery day cannot be selected)

• You can track the status of your order in the "My Orders" menu item of our Online Store

• HDT and KUMI will try to deliver your order twice, then return it to us

• Service providers will also notify you via SMS and e-mail which 3-hour time zone your order is expected to be delivered on the day of delivery.

• Following this notification, if you wish to change at the time of receipt of your order, please follow the information in the HDT / KUMI notification message

• In case of cash on delivery, only cash payment is possible for both service providers

Delivery information

o In case of online payment, prepare the invoice confirming the payment for presentation. Failure to do so may result in the supplier refusing to deliver the product.

o The Supplier is obliged to unpack the consignment in the presence of the Consumer or the person receiving the product on his behalf and to make sure that it is intact.

o The record of his / her integrity and possible injuries must be signed with the Consumer.

o If the Consumer expressly requests that the packaging not be opened by the Supplier, it must be recorded in the minutes and signed with the Consumer.

o The above is done for the protection and responsibility of the Consumer. In case of failure, we cannot accept a subsequent complaint!

• Removing an old device

o In the case of large household appliances, the removal of an old appliance must be specified when selecting the product by filling in the "Please remove my old appliance" checkbox on the shopping cart page.

o The removal of an old appliance is free of charge if it does not weigh more than 80 kg and is delivered at the same time as a new household appliance for the same purpose.

o The old appliance must be prepared for transport in accordance with the technical and hygienic requirements for transport.

o The old appliance is taken over by the courier service, disconnected from the water, gas and electrical mains, in dehydrated state.

o The professional disconnection of the old device from the utility networks is the responsibility and obligation of the Customer. Courier staff may not perform such a task. If necessary, the involvement of a specialist is recommended.

o In case of failure to prepare, the courier service will refuse to remove the old device.

Home delivery of extra weight / size products with KUMI courier

• EXTRA weight / size (products over 80 kg, boiler, SideBySide refrigerator, larger garden furniture, etc.)

• Home delivery charges may vary by product. The "Extra weight surcharge" marked on the product page includes the value in addition to the basic shipping fee.

• The delivery fee is always per product.

• For some products, this may differ from what is stated on the product sheet and / or basket page

• Prior to delivery, the service provider will always discuss the terms and conditions of receipt by telephone. Failing this, no attempt will be made on delivery.

• In some cases, the service provider may impose a surcharge and / or conditions, which are always met upon delivery.

• The courier will try to deliver your order 2 times, then return it to us

• The service provider will notify you by SMS and e-mail in which 3-hour time zone your order is expected to be delivered on the day of delivery

• Following this notification, if you wish to make changes at the time of receipt of your order, please follow the information in the notification message

• In case of cash on delivery, only cash payment is possible


From July 26, 2020, in order to expand our offer, we can serve orders containing more than one non-food and / or durable consumer goods from several locations. This can lead to additional shipping costs!

The calculated delivery fee is always indicated on the shopping cart page!

Most of our food orders are in and around Budapest

• Delivery is by our own Auchan trucks for 1 - 1 990 Ft (over 35 000 Ft only 1 Ft)

• Express, intra-day food delivery (only HUF 1 over HUF 35,000)

• Personal collection at our stores up to 1 HUF the same day

After registration, during the order you can specify in advance on which day and within which time slot you request your order. First you need to enter the postcode, then you can see which time slots can be selected for the given postcode.

There is no minimum order value, but under an order of HUF 10,000, delivery costs are higher. You can always find information about this on the basket page or in the time slot selector.

Most food orders with home delivery, 1 - 1 990 HUF (over 35 000 HUF up to 1 HUF)

• You can request your order with home delivery, ie our courier colleague will arrive at the delivery address provided during the order, on the day and time slot selected during the order.

• You can request delivery from 8 am to 10 pm on weekdays and from 8 am to 10 pm on Saturdays. We cannot provide delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

• Your order will be delivered on the selected day and in the chosen 2-hour, 5-hour or daily time slots:

• CHEAPEST, all-day delivery time range, for extremely flexible customers: Choose all-day delivery if you want the cheapest shipping fee. In this case, your order will arrive sometime between 8 am and 10 pm on the chosen day, so when you place your order, you can only select the delivery day, not the time zone. 15-30 minutes before delivery, our courier will notify you by phone. We will notify you by email on the chosen day in which period your order will arrive, so you do not have to be home all day, but you will only know on the day of delivery in which period you can expect our courier.

• MEDIUM price range, 5-hour time zone, flexible for customers: Choose this time zone if your day is more flexible, but you only know whether it is morning (8 am to 1 pm), afternoon (12 am to 5 pm) or evening (4 pm to 10 pm) ) you can stay at the shipping address. This delivery option belongs to our medium price range. 15-30 minutes before delivery, our courier will notify you by phone. We will notify you by email on the chosen day in which period your order will arrive, so you do not have to stay at the delivery address for 5 hours, but you will only know on the day of delivery in which period you can count on our courier.

• 2-hour time zone for busy customers (this is the higher price category): Select this time zone if you are busy and can only stay at a specific 2-hour time zone at the shipping address. In this case, our courier will notify you by phone 15-30 minutes before arrival, ie you do not have to stay at the delivery address for all 2 hours.

• The delivery fee only costs 1 HUF if the value of your order is over 35,000 HUF.

• If the value of your order does not exceed HUF 10,000, the cost of delivery is HUF 1,990.

• The exact delivery fee can be seen during the time gate selection (1 - 1 990 HUF), in all cases the fee shown there is the valid delivery cost.

Express, intra-day food delivery (only HUF 1 over HUF 35,000)

• You can also request your order with express home delivery! That is, if you place your order by 12 o'clock by selecting one of the free time gates of the day (between 4 pm and 10 pm), we will deliver your order on the same day, in the chosen time zone.

• We are constantly expanding our same-day delivery capacities, but express delivery is very popular, so the sooner you place your order, the more likely you will find a free time gate that day.

• You can see the exact cost of delivery during the time gate selection, but in case of ordering over 35,000 HUF, the delivery cost is guaranteed to be only 1 HUF.

Most food orders picked up in person, 1 HUF on the same day.

• You can request your order by personal pickup, ie you can pick up your order in our selected store during the order, on the chosen day and time zone. If you place your order by 11 a.m., you can even pick up your order between 5 and 7 p.m. that day.

• Pick-up is available in our stores in Soroksár, Budakalász, Újhegy, Törökbálint and Szigetszentmiklós, from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 7 pm. We are unable to provide collection on Sundays and public holidays.

• You can pick up your order on the selected day and from the start of the selected time slot until 7 pm.

• You can see the exact cost of the pick-up during the time slot selection, in each case the fee shown there is the valid pick-up cost.
